What a great experience for something that could be nerve wracking. The hygienist was honestly the best ive ever seen. She had a very calming personality, making me feel at ease immediately. She gave me some tips on what i can do to better and has made future appointments not so scary as long as she doesnt leave.

I have had a root treatment and a crown done by this fantastic dentist and have always been treated with respect and kindness . The dentist always explains the different treatment or alternatives available to me. She always takes my needs and wishes into account, giving a very patient-centred and empathetic approach, always explaining and allowing time for me to feel at ease. The dental assistants and receptionists are all friendly, courteous, helpful and very accommodating. Even the whole surgery and reception area is very welcoming and calm. I would have no hesitation to highly recommend this practice.

Appointment on schedule, staff informative and explained treatment whilst affording the opportunity to ask questions. I was treateded courteously and with respect, ergo; the experience was positive. A big thank you to the staff.

It was my sons first time visiting the dentist and they were very kind and welcoming letting him know what they was doing each step of the appointment. Everyone was very polite and professional

Had a few problems still waiting Had tooth out and should of had fill to but filling was not fix so 2 week wait Denture uncomfortable see how it fits when gum heal

I explained that I have an extreme gag reflex. The lady dentist and assistant were very kind and understanding. They allowed me ample intervals to take a breather and regain control.

The professional service I received was excellent the dentist was so kind and patient that she put me at ease straight away.and my anxiety went straight away.she explained everything to me at every step

Really good practice of many years on the NHS. I was embarrassingly late by 5 minutes and rather than make a big thing about it the reception staff went out of her way to find another dentist who could see me and enable me to make another appointment scheduled off the island. Dentist very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend due to friendly staff and ease of access.
