almost exactly on time. All aspects in a very professional manner, and with a smile. Fully explained & checked that I understood exactly what was being done I what I needed to be doing. My wife was also treated and her comments are as mine, her words re - the Hygienist was 'you can see her her wonderful smile 'through the mask'

A thorough examination including x-ray in requested downstairs consultancy room same dentist as last time, happy to make next appointment in six months timer

Unfortunately over Christmas one of my fillings came out and I was anxious that I may have fallen off the patient list as I hadn't been to the practice since Covid, I need not have worried as I was given an appointment for the following day 4th Jan at a time convenient for myself. The dentist on the day was very professional and explained the various options open to myself (Crown, filling, etc) I was treated well and the 'repair' was pain free and carried out quickly. I would without doubt recommend this practice.

All the staff at the practice were very polite and friendly. Examination was painless and the dentist explained options available without pressure. Would highly recommend

Been going to this dentist for a few years now. Have no complaints, receptionists and nurses are always friendly puts you at ease as well as the dentist. Especially if your nervous at the dentist's.

Friendly. Was asked to attend appointment 30 minutes early was seen 15 mins later than original appointment so very disappointed.

Hate dentists but always made to feel relaxed. They listen to my fears and concerns. Always come away not scared to go again. Have time to listen. Receptionist friendly and kind. Dentist understanding gentle and explains if you ask.
