Welcomed by friendly reception staff. Appointment on time. Check up given in a professional manner and clear explanations of future care given. All my questions answered with no judgement. Felt completely at ease there.

My health record was reviewed and my concerns listened to. X-ray was taken before reassurance and advice given at this check up. I was given an appointment with the hygienist.

Excellent service and communication. Would definitely recommend. Very helpful in obtaining an initial appointment and explaining options with regard to a potential treatment plan.

Really lovely experience on Monday for a hygienist appointment. Any worries I had about sensitive teeth on this occasion were discussed fully and I left feeling confident about the next visit.

Was slotted into a cancelled appointment with great efficiency. Surgeon was happy to discuss risks of procedure Vs doing nothing. Tooth efficiency extracted without complications.
