I have been using this practice for a good many years now and it is so consistently good. From the way you are greeted when you check in to the caring way you are treated by the hygienist and dentist supported by the attending nurses. They all seem so up to date with the latest information and methods which you know is done to promote and sustain your oral health. You are not just another patient but an individual who they are there to support.

Courteous, friendly receptionists. Clean & inviting reception area. My dentist is always friendly & makes you feel totally relaxed & confident in everything he does. Definitely recommend this practice.

Always welcomed at reception with a smiling receptionist and good morning how are you today. Can then sit and wait in a very nice seating area . Was met by dental nurse and had a quick but thorough appointment. A pleasant experience

Always excellent service at the Cape road dental practice. All the staff are very warm and welcoming. They are very professional in everything they do. Seen both the hygienist and dentist in the day of my visit, everything was explained to any treatments I was going to have etc.

Efficient welcome at reception, shown into room within 5 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Extraction procedure explained fully and carried out seemingly expertly. I dislike attending any dentist but found the approach and activity very well coordinated from first injection to leaving with helpful prompt sheet.

I had a tooth transplant and have received excellent service over the last year with them. Regular check ups and hygienist appointments. I hope that when I return to my own dentist it is as good.

The staff at Cape Rd dental practice are always so friendly and helpful, I feel very lucky to have an NHS dentist and am very grateful to everyone at the practice for looking after me so well

It’s a nice friendly practice. My hygienist is very gentle, reassuring and supportive. All the dental team I’ve encountered over the years have offered great care. For a few years I went to various other dentists but came back to Cape Road when other surgeries stopped offering NHS care.

Whenever I go to Cape Road Dental I always feel welcome and a valued patient, my most recent appointment was no exception. All of the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming, the treatment and how it's done is organised to fit my needs. Excellent service from and Thank You to the entire practice.
