The hygienist was friendly, welcoming and helpful. She was considerate at all times and provided great feedback on what I was doing well, and also what I could do better. Professional at all times whilst staying relatable. Really excellent visit.

I went yesterday for a checkup and polish. At the same time the clinician thought it would be a good time to do an x ray. Everything was done in a short time and very professionally.

This visit was for a six month check up. Greeted as usual by the welcoming reception team. Appointment on time and teeth and mouth checked thoroughly by Elspeth.

Managed to fit my son in the next day for a filling which he otherwise wouldn’t have been able to have until end May. Really helpful

I was referred to Cape Road by my own dentist, as I needed a tooth extraction which required the skill of an oral surgeon. I was anxious as I have had issues with oral anaesthesia before (with it not working as it should), but the surgeon put me at ease with her calm, professional and reassuring manner. The procedure was quick and painless with no subsequent problems. The surgeon explained what she would be doing and why, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. Both the surgeon and the dental nurse were very kind and friendly, and I would feel very happy going there again.

Even though I had to wait a bit I had an apology from the practitioner. I explained my situation and options were discussed. Treatment was explained and was well done.
