I have never had to get an emergency appointment before but I had to this week and the receptionist was very understanding and helpful and was able to offer me an emergency appointment later that day. She explained what would probably happen at the initial appointment. Very reassuring. First class service.

Excellent dentist and dental nurse, as I’m a nervous patient they recognised my concerns and their professional manner reassured me and gave me confidence in the treatment and care they gave me Friendly efficient receptionist

So friendly! Really put you at ease (im a nervous patient) so understanding and patient! The practice is very clean and tidy, staff amazingly helpful and the treatments they offer are great.

Online pre checkin is easy and convenient. Well maintained building. Parking near by. Staff friendly and welcoming. Seen on time. I feel safe, reassured and comfortable when having treatment. Everything is explained.

It's always a pleasant experience to visit this practice. The staff are always welocming and polite. The dentist and hygienist are both friendly and professional. They put you at ease.
