I never have problem going to see the dentist, great care and support. Always feel that you are getting the best care. Just one thing to help improve. The receptionist was busy chatting to her friend on the desk and was not fully engaged in booking me in and a little discourtesy. Thanks.

The staff are nice, helpful and welcoming. The dentist did a great job on my filling, gave me options, explained the process and made sure I felt safe during the procedure. The process was painless and left feeling comfortable. Highly recommend.

My hygienist appointment was cancelled today an hour before I was due to attend, I was very, very disappointed at this very short notice. It’s just not good enough, I have to wait a month now for my next hygienist appointment, I feel very let down, it’s very poor of this practice to do this to me. They could have let me know 24 hrs before, if I was to cancel an appointment, I would have to tell them 24hrs beforehand. I feel like they just do not care. I’m a pensioner and my teeth are important to me, even though they don’t care. It’s not acceptable.

I had not seen this dentist in over 4 years but he was extremely informative and remembered me from the first time I saw him. I particularly preferred the dentist doing my hygiene check after he had examined my teeth and would like to do it this way again. I hope to continue to have the continuity to see him as my preferred dentist.

The last treatment at this practice was quite major and they talked me through everything and offered alternative treatments. Everyone involved was very professional in a friendly and caring way. I was put at ease from the moment of entering the door. The only downside is that they are not accepting more NHS patients and my wife is unable use them.

Dentist and support team keep me really well informed . Not only on the day with regards to the procedures but also pre the appointment with reminders. Great welcome and made to feel really comfortable

I booked to have my veneers and crowns replaced and have a bridge to replace a gap. I was talked through the process and was given further information by email from the dentist , given opportunity to ask further questions and the practice co ordinator discussed finance options and emailed details. In the end I chose to pay in installments as per my visits. The removal/ preparation of my upper veneers and crown was a long appointment. I was given anaesthic to make the process more comfortable and asked if I was OK throughout. The installation of the new veneers, crown and bridge felt a bit sensitive for my teeth. In my view the dentist at this point needed to check with patient if they are comfortable and offer anaesthic . The preparation of my lower veneers and crown was a shorter appointment with anaesthic , with the dentist and dental nurse asking if I was OK. I asked for anaesthic when I had the lower veneers and crown replaced., which made me more comfortable and without sensitivity. On the initial consultation the dentist stated a mouthguard would protect my veneers and a soft moothguard was supplied rather than a hard one, which previous patients had stated was more comfortable I am very pleased with the overall appearance of my new veneers, crowns and the bridge, which replaced a gap. I discussed the colour of my veneers and this was taken on board by the dentist. I was given the opportunity to as k further questions and am very pleased with my treatment at Carillon by all staff including reception, dental nurses and staff who help with all aspects of preparation of treatment , as well as the dentist

I had an emergency appointment because I was in a lot of pain with my jaw. The dentist was very sympathetic, confirmed that I had x-rays at the practice recently and thoroughly checked me over. She couldn't find anything dental that was the issue but reassured me that I was right to come and see them. She also gave advice for the next steps in dealing with what wasn't really a dental issue.

Great experience, best dentist I have been to. He was very understanding and gave out great advice. The receptionist was polite and approachable. I would highly recommend this dental practice
