I was booked in by a receptionist a couple of months ago to see a dentist today , when i got there they told me i wasnt on their register but my husband was , yet they got my phone number and kept messaging me that my appointment was today so ive had a wasted journey , but ive now been put on there reguster and my appointment is September good job i havnt got a tooth ache

Lovely welcome from the receptionist and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Dentist was very nice too and advised my about my brushing technique without sounding too condesending.

The Hygienist did a very thorough job with cleaning my teeth. She was very patient and understanding with me and I’d definitely recommend her.

The receptionist always very pleasant 10/10 a continuous problem with this tooth and having to pay again I find outrageous! Feel I’m being ripped off 0/10

Was very impressed with staff , receptionist was lovely & helpful . The dental nurse lovely, the dentist was really thorough & informative , very helpful to on going care . Overall a very positive experience. Thank you .

The dentist himself was really nice, gave me a choice on my care which I gratefully appreciated as finances are tight. He was very accommodating to me and my son when he was getting fussy. He allowed me to have him in my arms. Was a really lovely guy!!!
