Had a filling with a lovely female dentist today , as always she is kind and considerate, letting me know what is happening every step of the way . Highly recommend her for nervous patients.

Today I went to Cassio dental practice for my treatment. It wasn’t a long wait until the dental nurse/assistant welcomed me in for my treatment. She was so friendly and reassuring. Both herself and the dentist were absolutely exceptional with their people skills. As an anxious patient, I felt totally at ease. They both spoke me through the entire process and continued to reassure me and check on me throughout the procedure. I felt so comfortable with them and they made me feel so so grateful for our NHS. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody, Particularly those who are anxious or nervous. Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Cassio dental practice.

I saw my usual dentist. I asked for advice regarding my gums receding and was given a choice of ways to treat the teeth affected.

Excellent dentist. Always friendly and supportive. High quality conservative dentistry (unlike my childhood dentist that turned to the drill at every opportunity!).

I’ve been a patient of this dental practice for several years now, and I’ve never had anything other than extremely empathetic personal attention from them, as a result of which I hold them in high regard. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a new practice. That said, I’m fortunate enough to be eligible for NHS treatment, and for someone currently in need of a similar service I’m not sure they would qualify as a new patient under the current circumstances.

Dear Patient, Thank you very much for sharing your comments about the service and care you have received from us over the years. It is also very true that we cannot offer all new patients NHS registration due to being at full capacity for NHS patients. That being said, whenever we are able to offer limited registrations to new NHS patients, we always strive to do so.

Always good and attentive service. I do feel annoyed at having to pay half (it was the whole lot) of the hygienists fees so afar in advance. So next time will delay booking so far in advance!
