I needed some treatment to a broken tooth - my dentist explained the possible options in terms of short-term & long-term implications. When the treatment was carried out my dentist was very helpful, as I am a nervous patient, explaining each step of the process. I am very happy with the outcome & the professional manner in which I was treated.

Visited the hygienist to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist is always very polite and friendly. She is very thorough and keeps you well informed. Will be back in 6 months. Very pleased.

I visited this practice to have a lost white filling replaced. Although I am a veteran of dental procedures, I appreciated the time the dentist took to explain my choices, thereby enabling me to make informed decisions. I was delighted with the treatment and the perfectly matched white replacement filling. As far as communication is concerned, I do need to comment that I find the multiple email reminders in the week preceding my appointment, togethet with a reminder phone call, extremely irritating! I realise the need to ensure that patients have been given a reminder, but I think the system could be reviewed. There have also been occasions where the reception team.have been somewhat brusque; however I think this has improved recently. I have been a patient at this practice for over 40 years, in its previous location at the bottom of Watford High Street. I am delighted with the treatment which I continue to receive ftom my dentist. ,

Whilst it is necessary to remind patients of their appointments, perhaps we can review our processes to see if certain reminders can be dispensed with and certainly in your case, we will do our best to minimise reminders.

Always receive prompt, courteous and effective attention. Staff are always warm and welcoming. It is usually straightforward to make an appointment for a convenient time
