I have received email notifications of appointments from Castlecare Dental several times over the last several years.I am not, never have been and never will be a patient of Castlecare Dental. I live about 200 miles away in Scotland. I have told them several times to stop sending me these appointments. I have tried telephoning as well, but a recorded message always tells me the practice is closed just now. This is quite annoying . Can you tell them to stop? Here (below) is a copy of the text of the most recent email: 31 January 2023 Dear Mr Simon Bogle This is to confirm your appointment on Tuesday 25/04/23 at 09:35. We look forward to seeing you then. If you are unable to attend, please telephone the surgery as soon as possible. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot keep this appointment. If more than one appointment is missed you will be denied nhs treatment. A charge will be made for failure to attend for an appointment for private treatment. Although Covid-19 measures have changed in England, as a healthcare provider we are still following official guidance which says that we need to maintain our key safety procedures to help us prevent the spread of Covid-19. So, we will still ask you: To confirm you do not have any respiratory symptoms. Please note: As per nhs guidance If more than one appointment is missed you will be denied nhs treatment.
