Very anxious person about dentists when the dentists injected me I “ooed” due to it hurting the dentist then told me to stop shouting out as there was a wall between the dentist room and waiting area dentist then told me they was examining me however they had tried extracting the tooth before I was fully numb the dentist gave me a look I felt very uncomfortable! However the dentist injected more and the tooth was successfully removed however at the age of 29 I hope to never return due too feeling like a naughty child! Very unprofessional I was very anxious and shaky!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the experience at the practice. All feedback we receive is discussed during staff meetings and used as a way to learn and improve. We pride ourselves on being one of the very few dentists in the area who see as many patients as possible who are in need of urgent dental treatment, we have a lot of patients who come in extremely nervous and like to have a calm environment when they do come in, which is why we do ask that patients keep noise levels to a minimum. This is to reduce anxiety in patients like yourself. We hope you understand this. We would never purposely cause pain or distress to anyone who comes to our practice and only attempt treatment with full consent. We will take on all feedback and use it to improve ourselves going forward. Thank you.

Very helpful pleasant reception staff was seen right on time very nice please dentist and nurse both put me at ease talked me through choices and treatment which was fast and very painless tooth extraction overall very nice visit to say it was the dentists highly recommend this practice

They took me in on an emergency , gave me options on treatment , performed the treatment thoroughly, great stuff thank you castle dene

I was 5 min early for my appointment, was left outside for 15 min the dentist was running 45 min late, totally disappointed with this dentist would not recommend. Can't even get a follow up appointment as they are never there to answer the phone

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service you received. We are an extremely busy practice and sometimes patients appointments can take longer than we think, especially when we are providing a service to get people out of pain. We do not like to keep patients waiting however sometimes it is necessary to ensure we can provide high quality care to all of our patients. We are also one of the only dentists in the area actively taking on new patients to offer much needed care, which in turn makes us busier as there are many people who have not received even a check up in years meaning they need a lot of work. We take all feedback we receive and incorporate it into our staff meetings and training so we can learn from it. Thank you.
