Reception staff friendly and efficient. The dentist gave me an honest diagnosis re the condition of 2 teeth. Hopefully there will no catastrophe before January when I’ll be able to claim on medical insurance.

I’ve just walked past your practice with 4 dental nurses all in black scrub uniforms smoking outside the door. I saw them throw their butts on the floor and walk back inside. Not only was the smell very uninviting, they were littering the local environment and it didn’t give a very good impression of your practice. As health care professionals I find this very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency, and are aware that none of our practice team are smokers. We do have visitors to the practice who are not staff members at Cavendish Dental Care. Unfortunately we cannot control behaviour of visitors outside of the practice, however we will be reminding visitors that they are representatives of the business. I recently visited this practice for my examination and scale and polish appointments. The staff were very welcoming and the dentist and his nurse were so professional and explained everything clearly as I'm quite a nervous patient! I didnt have to wait long for my scale and polish and the lady was very gentle, thorough and gave me lots of advice / tips to do at home. I cant recommend Cavendish Dental Care and the team enough.

Whilst I was in the waiting room yesterday the receptionist had everyone waiting in stitches. I'm quite an anxious patient so was a great distraction. Looking forward to my next visit

I went to this practice to have a scale and polish with the hygienist. She was very gentle and made sure I was alright throughout my treatment. I have also had whitening done at this practice, which I am extremely happy with and I have noticed a big difference. I keep getting compliments on my teeth. All the staff are very friendly.

I was extremely disappointed after my last visit. During my wait in the waiting room I had to listen to the receptionists complain about working conditions and bad mouth colleagues and then discuss their relationship problems they’d had the previous evening. Very unprofessional
