Had an emergency appt which was treated quickly and efficiently. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Also the cost was less than I expected

The dentist was very informative and polite but the receptionist never smiles and can be quite abrupt and rude the lady with short blonde hair

Standard visit, nothing more to report. Pretty concerned there is a diminished NHS dental offering though… not good. I do hope it is heading all private, there is a reason I live in the UK and not the U.S.

Friendly, introduced herself as was my first appointment with this lady. Apologised for running late. Told me I could put my hand up if painful or needed to stop. Good advice given on using interdental brushes.

My dentist is lovely, always very helpful. I had an injection and a filling today and I had no pain whatsoever even from the injection. The team are always friendly and helpful despite being very busy. The waiting room and the surgery are always spotless.

My dentist is always lovely and friendly and understands if I’m worried about anything regarding my treatment and always reassures me and patiently listens to what I have to say and goes according to the what will be suitable for me and suggestions to think about.
