This is the second time in as many visits that the time/date/dentist I’m am to see has been input incorrectly by reception. Despite have numerous text messages and calls to confirm I am going to turn up to my appointment they can’t check that they have booked me in with the correct dentist!

The dentist took his time, and made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. Totally painless extraction, as was the bill.
