The friendliness of the staff. The caring nature of the dentist constantly checking I was ok during the treatment and explaining each step.

Ease of getting an appointment. Friendliness of reception staff. Clear presentation of options for treatment. Real effort to get that treatment as soon as possible.

The kind treatmrnt of the dentist she was very professional she had good eye contact with clear instrustions for after care and treatmet going forward. Receptipn staff also very helpful and dedcreet when dealing with payment ie uneversal credit deductions Thank you

All staff pleasant and helpful. Appointment quick and easy to arrange with necessary treatment offered and given. Options for future dental care clearly explained which can be considered before next appointment. No pressure for quick decisions!
