   After contacting you prior to my hygienist appointment to let you know I had a family emergency I was still charged £40! I explained that the reasoning was a serious family issue and therefore extenuating circumstances and that the issue came up that day and I called as soon as I knew I wouldn’t be able to make it. She basically said computer said no and wasn’t bothered by my issue why I had to reschedule. I would like a refund for the appointment I never attended please!
