I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t been for a check up in a while but my experience was nice and easy. All the staff were very kind and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However I recently had a miscarriage and there was some confusion whether I was entitled to use my maternity exemption or not. It was decided I could, but I had to tick the 'I am pregnant' section on the form, which is quite triggering and difficult considering the circumstances. I'd suggest training the staff on exemption rules and updating the form.

Was taken in for an emergency visit, and was given an appointment very quickly. Same again when I got to the practice, i was seen to roughly 5 minutes after arriving. My dentist was very helpful, and explained everything clear and concisely, and has made a plan with me to resolve my dental issue. Im very happy with how I was treated and the speed in which i was dealt with. Thank you

Although having dental work is never a particularly pleasant experience, the practice have excellent personnel who are not only very professional and knowledgeable but also very personable and friendly

First time visiting, appointment was 5 mins late due to them taking their time with a young child before me but once in everyone was perfect and very friendly.

Constant reassurance is a must for most people and that is what’s given. Always friendly and happen to answer any questions and always readily available if assistance is needed.

I am now feeling much better from an infection in a tooth, which has now been rescued till I can have it replaced with an implant. Thank you for a comfortable winter break…….

Everyone from receptionist, nurse, hygienist and dentist are extremely professional and kind. I was really nervous as i have anxiety problems but after my first and second visit i was extremely impressed by the service received!! And they actually care about the wellbeing of their patients which is very rare in dental practices now a days. The hygienist was absolutely brilliant and kind.
