Friendly reception staff; worked with me even though I didn’t do things online. Same with dentist & assistant. Answered my questions even though I asked it more than once before

Although the appointment was good. I did not appreciate not being seen around my appointment time 14.10pm, especially when 4 other people whose appointments were after mine were seen before me. I was eventually seen at around 14.45pm.

I called as an emergency patient left a message got an immediate phone call back with an appointment for 2 hours later. Very impressed. Also amazing treatment from my dentist who was super kind to me and very reassuring. I’m terrified of the dentist !! So thank you so much.

Very friendly dentist, he made me feel relaxed and explained everything well. It’s also nice to have the consistency of seeing the same dentist more than once.

Exemplary as always: Clean, clinical surroundings Staff friendly, approachable and professional Dentist knowledgable, explains things clearly and always puts you at ease telling you exactly what will happen before he does it

I was rather rudely reprimanded by the receptionist today which is very unusual I had an appointment for myself and 3 grandchildren I had filled my NHS form as requested online but the mother of my grandchildren was going to update theirs when we arrived at the surgery The receptionist told me I hadn’t updated the children’s, before i even had chance to explain she said they’d be refused treatment if this wasn’t rectified.I said we were going to sort it when we arrived as it said on the email by arriving early she then told me I wasn’t early Our first appointment was at 9 o’clock the surgery didn’t open till 9 o’clock the previous morning we had plenty of time to fill the forms in, I felt this was completely unnecessary Other patients came in and did not have this negative reaction to them
