I had a tooth extracted under sedation and was very anxious as I have had a lot of issues/pain with this tooth as I had an enflamed root which made it quite painful. The staff from reception all the way through were friendly and caring. During the procedure itself, I really can't fault it. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and went through it all with me. I had a conscious sedation and was unsure what to expect, and after the first bit was given (it was given in 3 parts) I do not remember anything else, the next thing I do remember was them telling me my tooth was out and showing me. I was genuinely shocked and very delighted as it was a pain-free, comfortable experience. I am still healing, but i wanted to say thankyou - Great team!

The staff were quick. Efficient, encouraging and compassionate- tremendous team. Really appreciate that they listened to worries and had enough time to take things slowly and give care to mother/recovery also

I was referred to Chartwell for a tooth extraction- I had worked my self in to quite an anxious state ( not sure why, but there it is ). The dentist and her assistant put me immediately at my ease, the procedure was over very quickly and efficiently. I also asked for some advice on another dental matter which i will certainly use. All in all, a very good experience, and the practice is wholly recommended .

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the friendliest reception staff. I have a favourite dentist whom I trust completely and have been seeing for a number of years. Thank you for outstanding service.

I'd like to thank Chartwell Dental Clinic for the very painless sedation and great filing work they performed. Not only did they do four filings very quickly, in under 30 minutes (I had been anticipating at least an hour worth or work), they also calmed me immensely before the procedure, explained what they were doing step by step, and distracted me from worrying thoughts with a friendly conversation. They've been very understanding and kind in regards to my anxiousness, and performed as excellent medical professionals in sedation and filling procedures. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate your work, and hope you have good patients, lots of bonuses and happiness!

My daughter had to have her tooth removed yesterday and the sedationist made the whole process so relaxed for my daughter, she made a real fuss of her and made her feel completely at ease I would defiantly recommend to anyone!!

I took my 7yr old daughter for filling under gas&air. The dentist was excellent with her and nurses were just amazing! Great experience. Big thank you to all!

I took my mother to this practice for a dental extraction and the service was amazing! The oral surgeon was incredibly efficient and thorough and all the staff were very friendly. The surgeon was very reassuring about any concerns my mother had and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I lost a large filling last night, Thursday. I phoned the practice this morning, full of apprehension as we are in the holiday period. I was given an appointment at 10.30 this morning. Feeling so appreciative and grateful. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year.
