Friendly staff from reception to dental room. My first visit to a UK dentist so I was a little unsure.

Was my NHS dentist, but as I began to sit down in the chair advised they were now private, and the checkup and hygiene appointment was going to cost £70. As I was leaving they mentioned what I'll call, their unregulated 'Christmas Club' saving plan, which works out at £147.60 a year, (+ a £9.50 admin fee) for one annual checkup to include one hygiene clean. A 10% discount maybe applied if you become a member of said 'Christmas Club' scheme. To be honest as the scheme is unregulated, I'll just put the money aside in my Savings Account instead.

Rang at 8.30 and was given an appt at 10am - brilliant! Having suffered all weekend, the pain has now gone and I can eat again!

I required emergency treatment very close to a holiday departure.. As usual the Cheltenham House service kicked to ensure a pain free holiday. This is just anther example why I have found over the years their service to be nothing but excellent.

Been at this dentist for years as an NHS patient but on phoning to make an appointment for an annual check up was told I would have to go on the waiting list, wish realistically was over a years wait! The same for my two year old child. What a terrible state of affairs NHS dentistry is in, even for children who are entitled to free dental care.

The staff are very perlite. Any dental work I have done is excellent and they make me feel very comfortable as I’m very nervous about going to the dentist

Receptionist also very polite, courteous and ready to help. Dental nurse very professional and friendly. The dentist I see always puts you at ease and is extremely professional. Will all answer any questions one may have, feel very comfortable while undergoing treatment.
