The dentist and his assistant were both really nice, helped talk through treatment options and the reasons why they’d recommend it. Usually I hate having to go get my check up but it was a good experience today, thank you

I like how Cheltenham House Practice always contact you if either they have cancellations or it’s been a while and you need to make another appointment. I also liked how because I needed to see both dentist and hygienist, they were able to combine the two in one visit which is far more convenient for the customer. The only disconcerting aspect relating to this practice is the turnover of staff. I never seem to see the same clinician twice. This is especially disappointing when you find someone you like. I wish there was more continuity in who you see.

Lovely dentist and also dental nurse, very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe in their hands.

As soon as you step in the door, the receptionists are cheerful and polite, prompt and friendly. The dentist has been really helpful, gentle and with good knowledgeable advice about treatment and what's available. I feel enormous confidence in the dentist and dental nurses. Thank you
