The care of team .i have issues with teeth and always extremely nervous .they are calm and helpful and always make me feel comfortable

My recent appointment at Chelwood dental care was great as usual. I'm not a big fan of dental visits, but know they are very necessary. The staff are always friendly & helpful & make the visit as comfortable as can possibly be. A big thumbs up. Kind regards, Mark

Excellent care and reassurance. Dentist and dental nurse took time to speak to me and to ask me if I needed to pause for a few minutes

As usual the service was impeccable. Being given an appointment at such short notice was god and I was made welcome. I was quickly treated and made aware what future appointments were needed and what would be done. I thought my problem would have been difficult to sort out but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the treatment promised would please me.

The dentistry attention was spot on, friendly and quick. The receptionist was completely the opposite making me feel must unwelcome with the tone of her responses.

The practice was clean, smelled really nice, the reception staff were really professional, the dentist and assistant were gentle and brilliant. A good, all round, experience.

Both members of staff were very professional. I was completely put at ease. My dentist gave me advice and confidence to continue with advised treatment. The treatment was carried out ( tooth extraction) in a painless and gentle manner. After numerous years of fear of dentists I felt completely at ease. Thank you.

Small wait over scheduled time. But once collected by the dentist from reception was greeted and advised of the plan including X-rays and quick check up and clean. Great experience and very warm and friendly staff.
