Friendly and informative. I don't think any dental appointment is comfortable tbh, but i think the team are very good at making it as comfortable as possible!

Not the same anymore, new dentists have no patience at all, came in for a check up and was having a clean done too, mentioned to the dentist please don't do the top right as it's sensitive I believe theirs a exposed root canal, she says that's fine and stops the clean and mentions I've got one in a few weeks I can do it then. Also have had a white filling in the past which has been around £75 and now the same tooth is £160 ridiculous! Also I'm not the only one who has had issues with this dental practice seems as their are more unhappy patients

Only issue is only found out about cost of my treatment when I was leaving at reception. It would be good to post a notice about costs in the waiting area and/or attached to emails from the practice. I was just asked to pay a fee and have no idea whether it was the correct fee or not! I am partially sighted so apologies if this information is already provided in the waiting area and I did not see it. Otherwise excellent service with very courteous professional and friendly staff
