I had my appointment cancelled on the day, so phoned up to reschedule. When trying to reschedule I found the reception extremely rude and unhelpful. They offered a date that I was away for so could not make, with the next date 3 months away. When I asked if there was anything sooner (which I thought was a reasonable question given the circumstances) they said I wasn’t a priority. I asked if I could be put on a cancellation list in case anything came up sooner (as I have been out on before) they abruptly and rudely said I “as I said before you’re not a priority”. I understand there are treatments that are more urgent, but it doesn’t make sense to me that I couldn’t be out on a list if there were no such cases. Whilst the message is understood, the receptionist was extremely blunt and almost aggressive with her short responses, leaving me unnecessary feeling aggrieved and unimportant as a patient. The ironic thing is the pre recorded message before you get through to a receptionist asks you to be considerate of staff, it would be nice if the staff showed the same manner to patients. A more patient focused telephone manner would go a long way. I would find it very hard to recommend the practice to anyone else, as I don’t think anyone deserves to be spoken to so abruptly.

I love this clinic. The people who works here is amazing, they so kind, and helpful. I never ever thought I will say that in my life, but I love my dentist she is the best who I ever meet in my life. My dentist is the most nicest, person on the planet. She took all my fears away. I am not scared anymore. Her job is fantastic. I love to go to this clinic. I am so pleased with the treatments. I love every member of staff. You guys are the best!I appreciate all the hard work what you guys doing. Thank you to be so amazing. ❤️
