   I received an appointment letter, I rang to be told I have been removed as a patient 23yrs I have used this practice. My circumstances overt the past 2yrs meant I was unable to attend appointments. I was caring for my dying mother in another area unable to register temporary in Sale. Chester road were informed of my dilemma. Mum passed my return to Northwich to pick up my life. No Dentist only as Pivare Patient which I am unable to support. No Dental Practices taking on New NHS Patients Thank You
