My doughter have braces fitted and in August her band snapped, called the clinic and they made appointment for her for October, just before the appointment I received information from the clinic they will be shut as of renovation and in January they will start to do new appointments for patients, how grotesk is this not to offer a place for appointments. Currently she have two bands snapped some moving braces parts and no clinic apart a private one!

I have never known such poor service and disorganisation for orthodontic treatment! The dentist never has the stock to fix or change braces, and today we turned up for her appointment and practice was shut for renovations with no notice given to us.

Review titled Rude and disorganised

My daughter was referred here by her dentist. The place looks very run down. Appointments are always being cancelled but no one contacts you to say so. At least 4 months in between appointments even if they aren’t cancelled. No explanation at all of what the plan is. When I asked, I was told she would need a brace around 2 years, now 3.5 years and apparently they can’t make an appointment to take it off because someone has left. Our own dentist said they have stopped referring people here because of the number of complaints.

It is impossible to get in touch - never answer phone. Long spaces between appts for braces. Daughter had 3 breakages found at appt and was left for 3 months before next appt to fix breakages prolonging her whole treatment. Unhelpful and rude at times. Would never use again and wish I could change and c continue treatment elsewhere.

Review titled Avoid using this orthodontist
Rated 1 star out of 5

My son started his treatment here when he was 14 to have his braces fitted, he had his plan in place and bands had been fitted in his mouth, covid then hit and appointments were cancelled. When he turned 15 he finally got an appointment at his dentist but his plan had to be changed with his orthodontist due to the time lapse. After many attempts to get an appointment he finally got seen and had his X-rays done. After several weeks had gone bye he had an appointment with his dentist but they had still not received his new plan, we called the orthodontist and they said that they would sort it. The next day we had a phone call about booking an appointment for his X-ray for his new plan, we explained he had already had this done and we were waiting to get his new plan form them. The dentist appointment was due and still no plan had been sent, we phoned and they said we could collect the plan from them as it’s now to late to post, so that’s what we did. When we got to the dentist he opened the letter with the plan and this turned out to be the old plan from when he was 14, so another wasted journey! We rang the orthodontist and said that they had given us the wrong plan, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us. We then received a call from our dentist saying that the orthodontist as said that they have now taken us off of there patient list and we should find another orthodontist to take on my son. Absolutely disgusting!!! My son now as a new orthodontist and they are having problems getting information regarding my son and his testament as well as his funding which they have held onto. He is now just turned 17 and is being told we could now have to pay for his treatment through no fault of our own. Unbelievable!!!
