My appointment with the dentist and the hygienist were arrange in a 1 hour window so it did not waste my time. The hygienist was new to me, however the reception staff checked that was OK with me before the appoint was confirmed. I was seen on time for both appointments. I was given clear information and updates during both appointments. As you usual it was a very successful visit.

A hygienist visit can always be quite daunting but she was excellent (unable to add names to reviews) and put me at my ease throughout. I would highly recommend. On the admin front, it was confusing to receive a message saying my appointment had been cancelled the day before and asking me to call the clinic. I hadn’t received any missed calls. It was my dentist appointment that had been cancelled not my hygienist so this was also unclear from the message that I received. It is also frustrating that a MatB1 form isn’t accepted for pregnant women receiving dental work on their private list and they won’t move you across to the NHS list to help with this or find another solution, other than going elsewhere.

I was not looking forward to having my UR7 tooth extracted (because of an underlying infection). However, the procedure was explained in great detail and was carried out painlessly probably in less than 20 minutes. The aftercare was also explained in detail and there were no ongoing issues at all.

I chose this dental practice because they were the closest to my new home in Chingford, London. But it turned out to be a great choice too. Not only is it close to my home but a good dental practice! I have not had any issues with my teeth since moving here nearly three years ago. We all, sometimes think that any dental issues, the dentist will fix, forgetting that it's up to us to carry out instructions, so that there are no issues! I listen to their advice, and carry out procedures that will keep me 'trouble-free' & have had no problems with my teeth (or my gums)! My last visit to this dental practice was to the hygienist who gave me tips on how to use the small interdental brushes to ensure all debris is removed but most of all how to stop the build-up of plaque, especially the inside we don't see that may need attention, if not more than the front which we do see. I use the interdental brushes every day but not just poking in-between the teeth, but to brush in & out at an angle, which is important to keep the teeth clear of any build-up of plaque, we just don't notice building up over the weeks and months! Overall, a dental & hygienist check-up here is well worth the visit! Don't forget the receptionists either, they are very helpful, sending reminders, booking in when you make it there, and generally the whole place has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Chingford Dental Practice!

Excellent and pleasant staff. Receptionists always polite and follow up with a text and telephone call regarding appointments.Very pleased with my teeth Whitening treatment from my dentist. Followed up by my dentist after treatment to check my gums were okay and that I was happy with the results.

I have had such a great experience at this Practice and would recommend. I'm a bit of a nervous patient but my Dentist is so gentle and reassuring and puts me at ease.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at this dental practice. I called for a hygienist appointment before my holiday and when there were no appointments that I could attend before my holiday, the receptionist kindly booked me in with a dentist even though they are overqualified for such work. When I arrived, the dentist and nurse were very welcoming and made me feel the most at ease I’ve ever felt in the dentist’s chair. They were very kind and my nerves disappeared as they were so friendly.
