The dentist and assistant were very friendly and made a person feel comfortable. They were courteous and helpful to alleviate any issues when starting and during the procedure. The staff at the desk were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Generally, a very pleasant experience. I strongly recommend this practice.

Worst ever filling on a chipped front tooth. It’s been left very annoyingly rough, was not filed and tidied well at all! Not impressed. Only positive - I managed to get an appointment on a short notice

Ok so the dentist explained with clear info what she was going to do ie, fillings today. The fillings on my two teeth turned out to be excellent. However during the procedure the liquid used to irrigate my mouth was very bad and made my throat saw for two days. The device used to fit around my tooth left me with a cut inside lip and a very large ulcer that had need treatment. So technically a very good service but calamitous associated lip damage.

Finally, they have employed a dentist who is interested in children's teeth. It was refreshing to hear that the dentist wanted to help my son improve his brushing and save what he has left. After nearly a year of not using flouride he regrettably has to have 4 teeth out, with none to replace. He was given a stern telling off which was needed. So thank you, i wont be heading off to another practice now

I was delighted to be able to sign my 1 year old up to the practice and get a family appointment for us both within a few weeks. All on the NHS. The dentist was simply brilliant with my daughter. First class. And gave great advice on her ongoing dental health. I had a simple check up with no treatment needed.

As usual, courteous, pleasant and excellent treatment and advice. The appointment is never more than 10 minutes overdue especially at the end of a day. Advice given has improved my dental health. I have no hesitation in recommending the team.

Efficient check-up with treatment plan made. Practice obviously understaffed given the length of time to achieve appointments and potential NHS patient base in the area.
