   Saw one of the Orthodontists and found him to be calm, patient and gentle. He explained everything he was going to do and why (before he did it) and made it clear how to let him know if I wanted him to stop at any point. Nothing felt rushed and I felt completely relaxed and confident in him. Reception staff were polite and welcoming.
