Staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Was made to feel at ease. Dentist explained everything to me and was very gentle when removing my wisdom tooth.

The understanding of the dentist - feels like a family dentist which is difficult to find now. Very pleased with the professionalism and manner of the Dentist and staff.

I came in with an issue with my wisdom tooth and nothing was done whilst I was there. No cleaning of the area or x-rays were done and I still paid £25. Then at home I found some things stuck in the area which this should have been properly looked at and cleaned out whilst I was at the dentist. Disappointing, my dentist is usually really good…

On my first visit , which was a check up , i asked him to refit a crown that had fallen out .The dentist fitted this in permanently the wrong way ,this caused my denture plate not to fit, which i informrd him . He then filed my denture to fit and it was vert tight and uncomfortable . I returned on a second visit to inform him the tooth felt completely wrong and has been fitted wrong , and the dentures he filed also are uncomfortable and hurt the other teeth, he said this would act like a brace on my other teeth this is not what i requested. There was no problem whatsoever with my dentures before he fitted the crown on the wrong way. I was charged both time despite his error. He said he could make new dentures and another crown , which would not be needed had the crown be fitted bzck correctly in the first place.

The manner in which the routine examination was conducted. Such a very personal approach, with simple explanations and the perfect balance of professionalism and personal chit chat to put me at ease. The appointment was arranged at short notice due to a cancellation to coincide with my wife’s emergency visit. The administration staff were so helpful and as usual very personable. A big thank you to everyone at the dental surgery.

Was seen by who i think was a trainee dentist tried to take tooth out but broke it instead, said roots were too deep. Unsure why he decided to proceed as xray was done before. Inexperienced staff. Iwas told i would be referred and pain should subside. In agony week after until i luckily got a cancellation to take tooth out. Be careful if you are seeing experienced staff or not

My appointment was for 2.30 in the downstairs surgery as requested. A young family went in around 2 20 and came out at 2.40. Meanwhile, another patient came in and asked me what time my appointment was 2.30 I said. He said mine is 3pm next thing someobe pops their head roubd the door and beckons the 3pm appointment in. I was furious. The de tist in the downstsirs surgery obviously didn't check whether that surgery was booked. It was 3.05 whrn i got in. My dentist was very apologetic but he shouukdnt have been put in that position. Moral of the story. Make sure the downstairs surgery is booked for someone who cant get upstairs. I checked with other patirnt if he booked doenstairs he said no hes seen upstairs.
