My problem is with the person who makes the false teeth for £1600 they were bad fitting and rocked on my upper gum and were out of line his answer was they followed my lips. When I asked to have my teeth straight I was told they couldn't help me and gave me a refund

This was my 2nd visit. I was in and out of the surgery within 15 mins. For £70.00 really doesn't seem you get much done for the money. ripped off now left.

  3. Review titled Not happy with some of the staff

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Had a broken tooth, and the dentist managed to temporary put it back in, and it came out again thought I was seeing my dentist, and reception booked me back in with the private dentist who was so rude, because I hadn't gone back to my own dentist. Now booked appointment with my own dentist for two weeks time.

Thank you for your review. I am aware of your case. However, I need to point out you called on the day without a booked appointment to properly address this problem and were given a prompt appointment on the same day as calling. The private dentist kindly saw you and refixed again the fractured tooth and filling you were told to have a crown done as this front tooth was no longer suitable for any kind of filling. You were not charged for this appointment, but seen again as an NHS emergency. The dentist wanted to stress the importance of not leaving this problem in an unstable state as you had not yet booked an appointment to see your dentist since the last time this fragment had been stuck in the 1st time. However we apologise if this seemed harsh or rude in any way. As the practice manager I will be sure to pass your feedback on to the Private dentist. many thanks for your feedback.
