We went at the appointment on 08/05/2024(when the filling did not stuck and fell out(crumbs of it). The material they use is very low quality. My son who is a toddler was also not able to be seen Appointments are cancelled approximately 5 hours before the appointment. After being yesterday to the practice we have been rescheduled in June. I would not recommend. Last report in 2019. They definitely need to be checked

My check up was extremely short (3 minutes) without a scrape, polish or even a pick. It cost £25 but I know it would have cost the NHS more. The experience does not encourage or value dentistry care.

The receptionists were rude, threatening, impolite, aggressive and unhelpful. The receptionists humiliated me in the office

I broke a front tooth earlier this year, leading to an extraction, temporary denture and (today) bridge replacement. At each point my dentist explained the process clearly (pros, cons, costs) and made it as easy as possible. She took extra trouble to ensure the bridge looked as good and fitted as well as it could. I'm a nervous patient but everyone at City Dental - including receptionists and dental professionals - make it a pleasant place to visit. I look forward to trying out my new smile on everyone in the coming days.
