The dentist was very good and professional however a couple of weeks ago I presented an as emergency and was in intense pain- I was sent home by the reception staff stating that I can’t be seen as I have an appointment in a couple of weeks despite me saying this is an emergency. I saw the dentist today and he also agreed that I should not have been sent away in agony and should have been put on the emergency list. This resulted into me being in agony for 2 whole nights before I saw an emergency dentist through the emergency dentist whereby I got the number online.

The Dental Staff was very nice and they told me to do my teeth to brush my below teeth so that I would remind myself and the next time I will tell them did my homework

She listened, took her time to address all my needs after a long time without check-ups because of covid. She was the first to tell me about electric toothbrush , flossing ,mouthwash and awareness of cavities and prevention
