Friendly reception staff. Dentist was excellent. Was able to get a quick emergency appointment to put my bridge back on

Receptionist very helpful as always, noticed while I was waiting for my appointment how demanding other patients were being yet they remained calm and professional. Dentist & his assistant also very efficient and put me at ease.

They got me an appointment as soon as possible on the day as my front tooth broke. and the treatment was for free as my first treatment didn’t last for more than 2 months. Appreciate the help guys.

They over charge me not according to my treatment, I call them to get my refund, they ask me to come on the same day to get the refund that their make , why can’t they do refunded by phone ? I’m not happy at all

I am always terrified of going to the dentist, so the first thing I required was to numb before the process commenced. However, the dentist was really careful and I did not require the numbness.

Every time I go for cleaning I don’t feel comfortable as the lady who does the cleaning treating me as a child. Her comments on my teeth makes me upset and don’t want come again.
