Nothing . Practise looked , old , tired & shabby . When i was examined by Rhianna she basically couldn't be bothered and couldn't get me out the chair & out of the door quick enough . Dismissive, patronising, rude . I'll be making my future appointments with a better dentist in the practice, even if i have to wait 3 months .

Dentist exceptionally polite. Husband and i both given options for further treatment. Appointment was eather rushed as dentist was running behind. Reception staff (except one) seemed to just be gossiping and eating rather than paying attention to patients.

Very efficient staff. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Nice ambience in the waiting/reception area, very clean and uncluttered too. Bip, my dentist very efficient and clear explanations of everything she was doing to me.

Having undergone invisalign aligner treatment for 22 months (after a life threatening accident in India, when I sustained a broken jaw in March 2020) with attachments glued to my teeth, preventing me from seeing a hygienist, I was really looking forward to seeing my hygenist to have my teeth cleaned today. I had to wait 7 mins which is fine (it happens) but would expect that to mean my 30 minute appointment (at a cost of £82) would go on later to make up the missed time. We spent 5 mins catchihg up & the actual hygenist/cleaning treatment lasted only 15 minutes and was completed by 16.55pm. This was 5 minutes before my original appointment was due to finish (16.30pm - 17.00pm) Did I miss something? When patients are paying over £27 for each 10 minutes we do expect better. Overall I am happy but when patient's are paying for a service at a very (unjustified) high cost , we expect to have the full length of time for the treatment we've paid for. I know I won't be alone on this sensitive area. I'm not sure who will read these feedback comments but it might be good to note and make changes, especially when many of your patients have had to pay extra money for the increase in costs that Roderick Dental applied last October 2022. "Time is money" to YOU! so why does the same not apply to your patients? I have no doubt nothing will change so whats the point in customer feedback, but I'm comforted with the knowledge of knowing I am not alone. Thanks

Nothing helpful. Appointment was late, dentist bonded broken tooth on crooked, patient cannot eat. Asked for a review before we left, was told next available appointment at end of the month
