I had an annual check up booked when still an NHS practice and I haven't been informed they had gone private until I turned up. I waited 20 mins for my appointment to be then given 4 minutes of the dentists time to check my teeth and charge me £60 for the pleasure. No clean included in this cost now for that you have to book a hygienist at an additional cost. If I had turned up 20 minutes late I would have been turned away but I was expected to wait and then not even given a full appointment for my charge. Clearly in the wrong profession charging £15 a minute!

This practice has got it right from friendly staff , cleanliness , I just had a tricky extraction and everything was done with professionalism caring Well done All
