   I was an NHS patient of longstanding. Was in severe pain with toothache - and called for an appointment. The rude receptionist refused to offer me any appointment and told me to go to NHS111 instead. I had to get expensive private treatment elsewhere. They clearly don't like NHS customers.

   Hi, Thank you for your review. Sincere apologies we have not been able to fit you in. We advise any patient who we cannot not see to call 111, as we physically would not have had any appointments available. We try our best to accomodate emergency patients on the day or the next day. Majority of our patients are NHS patients and we do not discriminate between NHS or Private patients.
