The dentist was lovely. She had plenty of time for my daughter and me and took her time to explain things and allow me to ask questions.

Seen promptly. Dentist very gentle and she explained everything she was doing. Good instructions for follow-up care. Altogether a much more pleasant experience than I was anticipating.

The dentist is amazing, I have know her form since she had started working there and she has amazing skills and personal skills. She is friendly and professional and my children have always felt at ease with her.

My appointment was on time. The hygienist was friendly and explained everything to me. Lovely people, nothing is ever to much trouble. Keep doing what you’re doing ?

The cost and the ambivalent receptionists. I can’t afford £110 or £79 every time I go. The hygienist was excellent. He explained everything and was very professional - as was his assistant. But I don’t understand why NHS dentistry cost so much. I was using private care previously and it was about the same cost with a much better environment and friendly atmosphere. To repeat - the medical staff were excellent.

V efficient at reception - dentist sensitive to my wish to not be absolutely horizontal; gentle with inspection and alert to my indication that I needed to catch my breath or swallow. Fortunately I didn’t need any fillings this visit but I know from past experience, the procedure is quick and painless
