The dentist was very warm and welcoming also being seen promptly was definitely a bonus!! no waiting around much better than before.

Helpful and friendly receptionist. Very good reassuring doctors and services. Will recommend to anyone but unfortunately they're not taking any new patients.

Was seen by the dentist within half an hour, considering I had to be double booked and wS told I would have to wait. I was expecting to wait longer, so I was pleased with the timings. I got the outcome that I wanted which was a prescription.

The reception staff were very polite and apologised for a slight delay in appointment time. The dentist and the dental nurse were also very efficient.

I had the confident feeling , that my experience was dealt with care and thoroughness. The ‘experience’ question should have an ‘Excellent’ option, that’s what I thought.

I am extremely grateful for my dental clinic for the service that they provide for me small heath dental practice on Coventry road, i called them for an emergency appointment, fortunately the time I called them, they had just received a cancellation, this slot they alacated to me, there experience made me feel accepted and welcomed, the staff was very polite and patient with me, ( I just want to say thank you to all of the staff at Coventry road dentist surgery) and to say that I am truly grateful to all of you,
