   Took my son in for check up in November, the dentist was meant to make a referral to the hospital for him to have tooth extraction (which orthopaedic asked for), receptionist took photo copy of the letter. Called on (3/4/23) for updated, to be told that referral has not been done and they can’t find the letter. Now have to wait for another 6 months. This is not right as now my son has to wait for a whole year. The receptionist wasn’t even willing to look into this.
