My dentist was very professional but at the same time very person centred when treating me. The reception staff were also efficient and friendly.

Tried to charge me two more times for an item I paid for prrior to receiving .Request in person proved payment by paper receipt then formal letter can prove by credit card statement accounts need to be in order

Very friendly professional service I was seen very quickly having suffered from tooth pain every person from walking through the door put me at ease

I attended the practice very recently and was very happy with the service I got. From walking through the door, to leaving. I found all the staff very welcoming and to have good mannerisms. Friendly and easy to talk to. While waiting to be seen by my dentist I over heard the reception staff making phone call reminders for up coming appointments, I would say they had really good phone manner and were very polite. All the staff I had seen on this day were very professional, I felt very comfortable and confident with my care. Very good service every time. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Had to see a dentist not known to me as mine is booked for months.New dentist seemed in s hurry and had no customer skills.Very condescending about my teeth that the same practice has maintained for 30 years.Apparently they’re a mess.Shouted at my son for spitting after a clean.Apparently not done because of covid .I cried when I came out .Very unpleasant,upsetting experience

Very rude and unorganised reception staff. No appointment reminders sent and I was basically told “well they’ve been sent”!! It’s a shame that the receptionists are so incompetent as the dentist was the total opposite. Needless to say I have registered my family with another dentist.

When I entered the surgery, there were 3 members of staff sat gossiping, one was even sat on top of the front desk, and neither stopped their conversations to speak to me, I was stood there like a bit of a lemon waiting for them to finish their chatting, and I was not even greeted with "hello" when I approached the desk but with "what's your name?" - When I confirmed my name I was just asked to sign a bit of paper, with no manners. As I sat in the waiting area, I could over hear the staff gossiping about another member of staff, negatively, and even started whispering. I found the manners of the reception staff very poor, very unwelcoming and very unprofessional.
