I had my teeth checked and a minor problem I had was discussed.One of my teeth had lost some of the filling. Various ways of replacing the missing filling were discussed and an appointment was set for the chosen treatment.

I had a filling replaced with my usual dentist (another practice) but it did not work out and I was in considerable pain. The other practice dentist left 2 days after completing my filling and they no longer have a dental surgeon. I contacted Croft who gave me an "Emergency" appointment within 48 hours. The work was completed late yesterday afternoon and this morning there is no pain, I can eat normally and there is no sensitivity. I am not allowed to mention the receptionist or dentist by name but both of them we fantastic. I cannot recommend this practice too highly. Their service, professionalism and quality of care are amazing! Thank you very much and so glad I am now with your practice.

Hygienist appointment. Very high standard of care—-as always. Plus because i have MS and would find climbing stairs difficult they always see me on the ground floor

I would recommend this practice as I am a nervous patient, the staff were all lovely and listened to my needs. I was treated respectfully and with care, there were no complications with my treatment.

As always, my experience with my dentist was sympathetic, helpful and a pleasant, reassuring experience. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a dentist who always listens and takes into account any other medical issues before giving good advice and treatment based on the patient’s particular needs and concerns. Lovely practice Very friendly and efficient staff , I took my mum and we had no problems at all , everyone seemed very nice, had no problem parking if you get there early enough

Very polite and friendly staff. Appointments made speedily and on dates i needed. Exterior of the building needs attention and is showing its age. The interior rooms are clean and well decorated.
