Every effort to allow me to have treatment downstairs as I am disabled due to arthritis was much appreciated.

  2. Review titled Great Practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Half-yearly check up, followed by hygiene treatment. Both dentists excellent at treatment and at offering tips on how to improve my brushwork.

Dentist seemed knowledgeable and new what she was doing. Come across friendly and helpful and was quite patient with me due to my physical limitations.

  4. Review titled Good start but transactional

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Nicola - Posted on 06 November 2022

I'm new to the practice and expected more personable dealing than transactional. Everyone was polite and professional. The reception team were efficient and friendly. The hygienist, dentist and nurses were in the professional sense great. For me it lacked the service part, it was straight to the screen and data entry. No, introductory welcome and subjective assessment conversation, being too learn what I know our understand and then what my dentistry showed. I also was unhappy that the first conversation after having my x-ray and dental check, to ask if I've considered invisaline. This is not a free treatment, there was no reason provided first that suggested a personal benefit, this only came after the no thanks being given twice. I think patient first, service and friendliness need to sit alongside the professionalism. If I hadn't moved counties I would not have moved dentists as my last one achieved professional, friendly, and sales.
