I had a six month appointments with both the dentist and hygienist which went well. The new dentist was excellent explaining each action taken which requires a filling at the site of a crown. Appointment made for the filling in a week's time. The hygienist was also very thorough as usual and highly recommended. The filling was undertaken as arranged with no problem at all and didn't even need an injection.

Arrived on time for appt to be informed the dentist was running 15 mins late … sat in reception for 46 mins, with no update, before being called to see the dentist. When I questioned why I was not updated, I was advised they have no means to do that - what an unbelievably feeble excuse, after all they are able to email and text me regarding my appt. Will definitely be changing dentist and not returning to this disorganised practice with rude staff.
