My youngest child extremely nervous of dentist, but everyone at the practice makes him feel so welcome and his fears completely disappear as we enter the dentist room,couldn't ask for a better dentist, would highly recommend to anyone

I attended a check up and was able to see the dentist at the allotted appointment time. The waiting area is pleasant and calm. The dentist was polite and concerned to understand background information about my diet, alcohol consumption and dental health regime. He explained the checks he undertook and advised on improvements I could make to the condition of my gums. Organising my next check up date was straightforward as well. Overall I am really pleased with the treatment provided by this practice.

The receptionists here are so friendly and have time to spend with each patient despite being extremely busy. Visited both the dentist and hygienist and was pleased by the courtesy and service provided. Everything in the practice is clean and well cared for.

Efficient, friendly and helpful receptionists. Dentists always good and thorough in dental work done with calm and gentle atmosphere. A joy to have my teeth so well nurtured. Highly recommend them.

A rundown of my visits I am in a wheelchair and cannot enter normally, entrance is straight into treatment room at the rear of the building with the wheelchair, the dentist normally leaves me in my own chair, while my wife goes to book me in I am at the back disabled entrance. If the treatment room is being used the warm friendly welcoming receptionist begin shuffling the patients about to accommodate me and my needs unless the patient before me has mobility issues as well, the lovely dental nurse comes to assure me and makes sure I know things are moving along nicely she will look after me until it's time for me to enter the treatment room they leave me to manoeuvre my self into the room, the dentist usually arrives at this point and discusses what he would like to do just in case I have any concerns, due to other treatments for various other medical issues I lost a lot of teeth at the same time. This wonderful team took impressions of the teeth remaining and made me partial plates and after advice I was easing them in over a period of time I developed a sore point in the gum at the centre of the plate I was due a check up anyway. But disaster struck the retaining tooth snapped and I had nowhere to fit the plate to. The practice have me an appointment where after trying fixadent that came off after about 10 minutes a pain relief mouth wash itt was decided to make a new plate. That's where I am at, I trust all of the wonderful staff and look forward to visiting this exceptional practise and all the exceptional professional and friendly staff - this has not always been the same with other practices I have used
