    We went for our regular family check up - me and 3 boys - and found the service was very quick ( online form filling really saves time) with not much of a wait beforehand. Our dentist was friendly, explained everything clearly and very efficient, giving us a small filling and some composite infilling at the check-up. Very happy with the experience.

    Always receive good service. Staff friendly and dentist lovely. Have had a few changes of dentists within the practice over the last few years but always have a good experience.

    Friendly reception staff and dental practitioners that provided an excellent and efficient service. There is an up to date online system in place which is simple to complete and update, if necessary, and this removes the need to fill in paper versions on each visit.

    The dentist my son sees is amazing, she takes the time to explain what she is doing so he doesn't get nervous. I feel very confident in the treatment she has advised. Highly recommend.

    I have been in pain for 10 days, I managed to get an emergency appointment on Friday 4th November. The dentist said there was a cavity causing nerve pain but couldn’t do anything. I had to make another appointment for 1st December, 3 more weeks in pain. Then she said a dental plan would be arranged and then I could make an appointment to have the tooth extracted. She issued a prescription for toothpaste, I went to the chemist first thing Saturday morning and the prescription hadn’t been stamped. I have now resorted to putting Poligrip in the cavity to try and reduce the pain as I have so long to wait now.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review We are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience at our Damira Bank Buildings practice. Your dental health is most important to us, and we would like to assure you that we did everything in our power to care for you during your emergency appointment. The objective of an emergency appointment is to evaluate the problem and provide a temporary resolution to help relieve the patient from any pain. It is advised for registered patients to return to the practice for a full dental assessment in which a permanent treatment plan can be administered and furthermore completed. Patients must return to the reception desk after their appointments to have any prescriptions stamped. There are numerous posters and signs around to the practice informing patients of this procedure. Our dental team also advise patients to see reception at the end of appointments however we sincerely apologise if this was not communicated to you. Should you wish to discuss this further, please contact the Practice Manager on bankbuildings@damiradental.co.uk We would be grateful to be given the opportunity to rebuild your trust.     I’m so happy to have a dentist that is so understanding, takes time to explain everything, my dentist is aware I get anxious and does all he can to help me , I have found the receptionist very helpful and friendly

    After losing a large filling I was able to get an appointment quickly. Dentist and dental nurse excellent, explained what they were doing and work completed without any discomfort (I am often not good when the drill is involved!) Reception staff friendly and efficient. Thank you all.

    My daughter was sent to this dentist for braces. Each time the appointments were 5 mins, no talking, communication about what’s going on, minimum words. All rushed, At least 3/4 months waiting between appointments. One receptionist was very off. On the four occasions we have visited we have never had a smile, everyone seems very unhappy and stressed out.
