Had to wait over 30 minutes before being seen, wasn't advised wait would be this long when I arrived. Not the first time this has happened.

I was seen by Cathryn, my regular hygienist for the past twenty-five years. I was checked in efficiently by the receptionist and was called into the surgery within a few minutes of my appointment time and was treated with the same friendly professionalism that I have always enjoyed. Checking out and booking a subsequent appointment was also carried out as easily and courteously as checking in earlier.

Very knowledgeable and kind lady dentist. Felt at ease and confident of skills. Clean and pleasant waiting room. I would recommend this dentist, not having to wait to long for follow up appointment

I have had to come to the practice 3 times this year, twice for emergency appointments. The dentists I saw for these treatments were so caring and proactive in setting up the treatment I needed. Recently, I had a check up with my own dentist and needed a referral and she did it almost immediately and listened in a caring manner to the difficulties I was experiencing and took prompt, effectice action for which I am most grateful.

On Friday 22nd December I had a filling and my teeth cleaned..it was superb both the dentist and the colleague who assisted was excellent ..I am so impressed with the practice in fact have been a patient for over 40 years

Saw the hygienist first. Very thorough and explained things as she was doing the treatment. Unfortunately, her assistant was very rough with the sucker and kept ramming it around my mouth and at one point lost his grip on it. I had to keep asking the hygienist to stop as I was gagging. Wouldn’t be in any hurry to repeat the experience. It was same hygienist I’d seen before so the issue was with the assistant. I then saw the dentist who was lovely. Very thorough and sympathetic when I said what had happened in with the hygienist. Overall the dental practice are good.

I had to have a crown fitted and my dentist was excellent. He explained the process in detail and kept me informed of progress as he worked. It was a lengthy process but I felt comfortable throughout which is reassuring as I am normally quite worried about visits to the dentist.
