I never wait long in the surgery for my appointment and my dentist is professional and really takes good care of my dental health and sees me every 6 months.

I arrived and all the receptionists were busy. I waited for the next available person to see to me. It was very noisy with so many people talking so loud together. I waited to hear my name and went in to see dentist. She was a lovely lady who welcomed me in and sat me down to ask what was going on with the problem tooth. I explained and she looked. It hurt and she apologised to me for the pain. I knew it would do. She made me feel comfortable and said at any time of discomfort to raise my hand. I've never been asked this before and that me relax a little. After x-rays had been taken she explained everything about what was going on and showed me the picture of x-ray to see how she was going to treat the problem. I was very very impressed with my appointment. Hopefully I'll get to see her again.

We understand your concerns regarding the waiting room within our practice and we appreciate this space can often feel crowded. Our dentists work extremely hard to see as many emergency patients as they can within the day as well as completing open courses of treatment and seeing patients for dental examinations. After suffering raging toothache over a long weekend I was fortunate enough to call at the practice early on the Monday and obtained an emergency appointment later that morning. The problem was discovered and all options going forward were explained fully. I made my choice and treatment is ongoing. Very satisfied with the outcome.

The dentist explained everything very clearly and had a professional and caring manner. I had no pain at all at any stage of my tooth extraction.

After breaking a tooth, the front of house staff found me an appointment with a dentist within 24hrs which I thought was outstanding. I was phoned early the next morning to explain a change which only meant a couple of hours extra to wait for my appointment. The dentist when I saw her was outstanding, empathetic, caring and clearly explained to me what was going to happen and then carried on the treatment as explained. Altogether a very satisfactory experience if going to the dentist can be said to be!

Mr F has had 3 stokes which has left him paralysed down one side and he is also 99% blind. When we take him to the dentist he always wants to walk with his stick to maintain his independence into the front of the building every time we take him he struggles with the front door as there is only 1 rail which is on the right side going in! There needs to be another rail on the other side so when coming out of the dentist there is support for patients like Mr f to be able to come out of the building with no problems. It’s a accident waiting to happen. At the moment He has to go out the door backwards which could course a accident. Apart from that the staff are pleasant and patient.

Had appointment changed at short notice Had to lose an hour's wages to keep it Always ask for an appointment after 3.30 and they changed it to 2 pm

I am a nervous patient. I have been going here since I was a child, however I have since become incredibly nervous. The dentist I had was great with nervous patients and was very reassuring.

Dentist was very calm and I was put at ease immediately. The treatment was very professional. The Dentist offered further advice on cleaning. The wait time was short and treatment started on time.
