I moved to Bicester recently and immediately registered with Damira as I had received excellent treatment from the Damira practice where I lived before. I have received excellent treatment from Damira Bicester too, the reception team are very helpful and friendly. The dentist I have seen there is very professional and has done his best to give me the best advice and treatment for my tricky teeth - I highly recommend Damira

I have just finished a course of treatment. My initial appointment was a check up, Which revealed several problems!! I am a rather nervous patient, and the dentist I saw has been great to explain what is happening or will happen. I only joined this practice a few months ago and it has been a good experience. Thank you.

Have always had a great experience in the last few years but most recent dental exam was disappointing. It was the 3rd time I had been rescheduled but I understood that Dentists are in short supply so this was not a problem in itself. This particular Dentist however was cold & impatient, the exam was only 20-30 seconds max with the conclusion 'looks nice & clean' & when I tried to ask about an area of concern a previous dentist had identified to prompt a more detailed look, I was dismissed without an offer to check. A shame, as the service in the past has been great, both from dentists & hygienist, both on an NHS basis & private. I've never had such a superficial appointment....but perhaps this is a symptom of extreme pressure the service is under so ultimately I am just grateful I had any kind of check.

After being in a previous practice where they hygienist seemed to enjoy inflicting pain, I was apprehensive about my appointment at Damira. The hygienist explained everything from the start to put me at ease, he was gentle always asking if I was ok so I didn't feel any pain at all. I am so pleased with how lovely and clean my teeth look and we certainly use them again for a hygienist appointment

It took a short time to arrange mouth guard appointment. It was paid by the patient as this services is not included in the Denplan. I joined the Denplan but it takes 2 month to book the teeth cleaning appointment which is free services included in the Denplan. It took too long time and far beyond by expectation.

I have been with Damira for 4yrs as an NHS patient, they always contact me when my check up is due and I can get booked in within the month. I have always found the dentist very friendly and helpful with advice on dental care.

As an NHS doctor taking my 2 children (9 and 12) to this dentist was a but taken aback. New dentist they have jit met before. Did not introduce herself to any of us. No explanation of what she was going to do. No questions as to how they brush, how are teeth any symptoms/concerns. If I had not mentioned things just would have counted teeth and painted fluoride on. No follow up from previous encounter at sane practice about plans for older child to have?braces. Sad as the previous dentist here was welcoming, great with the kids and informative. Not impressed.

Absolutely lovely dentist, went above to explain everything and put me at ease. Easy to get a follow up appointment, friendly staff on reception too. Didn’t have to wait long, lovely and clean too. As someone who has anxiety going to the dentist I felt very at ease throughout and would highly recommend to others.
